Mocha Brownie Bars

1/2 c. butter, melted
14 oz. can sweetned condensed milk
1/4 c. Kahlua or 2 tsps. instant coffee dissolved in 1 Tb. warm water
2 eggs
1 c. biscuit baking mix
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat ovne to 350. Combilne all ingredients except nuts
mix well. Stir in nuts if fdesired. Spread into greased 13×9 pan. Bake 25 minutes or until rownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool. Frost with Mocha Frosting. Mocha Frosting: In saucepan, over low heat, melt 3 Tbs. butter. Stir in 3 Tbs. cocoa, 1 Tb. warm water & 1 Tb. Kahlua or 2 tsps. instgant coffee dissolved in 1 Tb. warm water. Remove from heat. Gradually beat in 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar. Add additional warm water if needed.
