🟧🟧🟧🟧🟧STEAL left only 9 possible, with only 3 unused: ALLAY, BYLAW, and ILIAC. I chose the one that seemed least obscure. This is my 115th solve in 2. It’s also the alphabetically last B word.

I also started with STEAL, but the Wordle Bot showed 13 remaining. How did you get 9?
Then I chose ALLAY, thinking it was less obscure than BYLAW, and got it in 3 as a result.

I wasn’t getting anywhere with my first two guesses and used a completely different set of letters on the third guess and got lucky with two new letter-for a total of four. I didn’t even check to see if would was used. I just wanted the pi and l and I had already played c, so ended up with the lucky w. It was fortunatefor me. I now had everything but the Y.

I decided to start with Aster after visiting my garden yesterday looking for Monarch eggs among the butterfly milkweed which is right by my asters. My favorite fall flowers due to all the pollinators they attract.

I will start with ASTER until it is the One. I used STARE and got a 1, yay! Then I needed another word with those letters because they work. For me at least.

Thought of previously used first year word BANAL first for the second guess, but kept thinking on it. Seems likely that would have led to a 3 as well.
