Hope springs eternal: I got new info indicating that NYT did NOT remove SCUBA from the wordle solution list (copilot lied to me!).
I won our family’s daily wordle competition (2/6) so I picked SCUBA as tomorrow’s starter word.

The list started out as random. Tracy said she learned early on that many in the Wordle community did not like calendar/event alignment and stopped doing it, with the exception of Ground Hog Day and CIGAR #0. She couldn’t resist that.
I like random, but terra would have been fun.
