WEAVEI now have a brain ache. Took me forever to find a new word! Surely it couldn’t be a repeat already? I mixed up my second guess as I usually do when snagging the two vowels on first try as 2/3 of five letters words have only 2 vowels. Why waste valuable real-estate on more vowels? CHASE is a neighbor’s name so I knew it was a burnt word, and C is #2 for leading letters. Still, managed to outguess myself! Got lucky. I’ll take a 3 all day, just not all day to figure it out!

Since we has a repeat yesterday, I was heavily biased against using a repeat today. But I liked this word as my 3rd guess and it is first year, so I went for it.

🟧🟧🟧🟧🟧STEAL left a zillion options. I used https://www.thewordfinder.com/wordle-solver/5-letters/# to choose which letters were most important to guess.
RINDY left 20 options, 16 had been used. AMAZE, GAFFE, MECCA, WEAVE. The last one felt right, and off incorrect, would leave only one option (unless repeat).

(1) ROATE leaves only AMAZE, SHALE, and WEAVE
(2) SHAVE the intersection guess between SHALE and WEAVE.
If no S or V, then it should be AMAZE.
(3) WEAVE (getting the crucial “V” on guess 2)

Gad! That was a nail biter! Besaw? New one on me. Scrabble wordfinder didn’t recognize it, pretty archaic? I had major trouble with it today myself. Nothing matched up or made sense. Avoided the V and the W like the plague. Both rank near the bottom of my list at #’s 22 & 20! One alone is bad enough, but both? Was about to try a repeat but luckily chose the lesser of all evils…
