I suspected a U since it had been a while, hence my start word. Then immediately thought, “Damn! Picked the wrong one,” assuming it would be my second guess, another of my usual starts. But no. Still, was a fairly easy puzzle for everyone it seems. Nice for this stormy Saturday.

I was amused that the only possible options remaining after my first two guesses were the rhyming and thematic opposites CRUDE and PRUDE. Neither had been used, and alas, I was unlucky.

I find the GitHub one JD mentioned, easier to use as it has a slider bar at the bottom of a single row of A-Z words….
