I think I’m getting used to the new world of Wordle. Averaged 3.6 for February, 3.4 for March. A 3 today, but the dreaded specter of a repeated word still a daily concern.
It wasn’t an issue today, but I am so bummed that words are being reused. Seems so unnecessary at this point.

has there been any time where seven consecutive wordles started with the same letter? and if not, i’d be interesting seeing the longest streak of wordles that started with the same letter
I noticed that too, especially since my usual starting word begins with an S, still unused!
I asked Grok scan the list for any words sharing the same letter 5 or more times in any 7 day sequence. Your recent 5 S’s are the only examples. It’s a solo record!

P.S. The calculation was for *any* 5 (or more) in any 7-day range. So the 5 did not have to be consecutive.
