HOORAY!! I can finally have sweets!! Today we went to Brusters! Mmm-mmm!! The cool sweet icecream made me feel good! I mean I am really happy I can have sweets. This must have been the way Jesus felt. Only it was greater. For all of you who do not know what Lent is, it is a season the Catholics celebrate by giving up something. Jesus had to go all those days in the desert, we give up something to make a sort of sacrifice. I gave up sweets which is very hard. Somehow I survived without sweets. With help from parents, friends, and God you can make it through the largest and smallest things, and that is a fact!
