Preheat oven to 400.
In a large bowl, mix together the egg, milk, oil & almond
extract. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar & poppy
seeds. Stir dry ingredients into liquid mixture just enough to mix.
Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes. Makes 12.
