Toast nuts in oven for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine flour, sugar, salt &amp; cinnamon &amp; pulse to mix. Add butter &amp; pulse just long enough to cut in butter<br \/>\n keep the mixture crumbly. By hand stir in nuts &amp; set aside in a cool place. Peel, core &amp; slice pears &amp; toss with sugar &amp; flour. Place pears in a 1 1\/2 quart baking dish or casserole &amp; cover evenly with the topping. Bake 45 minutes or until brown, bubbly &amp; crisp &amp; pears are tender.
