Cook until sauce is clear &amp; thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat &amp; chill 1 hour before serving. Line pie shell with cream cheese, softened with milk. Mix chilled sauce with peaches. Spread over cream cheese. Whip cream with sugar &amp; 1\/8 tsp. lemon juice.
