Heat oven to 350. In small mixer bowl cream butter<br \/>\n add eggs &amp; vanilla or bourbon. Combine sugar &amp; flour<br \/>\n add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips &amp; nuts<br \/>\n pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 45-50 minutes or until golden. Cool about 1 hour<br \/>\n serve warm. Garnish with Festive Whipped Cream, if desired. Makes 8-10 servings. Festive Whipped Cream: In small mixer bowl combine whipping cream, powdered sugar &amp; vanilla or bourbon<br \/>\n beat until stiff.
