Spray a large shallow baking pan with cooking spray. Arrange bread in the pan in a single layer. In a medium bolw, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over bread &amp; turn to coat. Let stand 30 mins, or chill until ready to use. Turn slices again to soak up egg mixture. Bake bread 10 mins<br \/>\n turn slices, bake 10 mins longer or til golden. Serve at once.
