Arrange bread sliced in bottom of pan. Combine all remaining ingredients &amp; mix well with a whisk. Pour mixture evenly over bread. Cover tightly &amp; regrigerate several hours or overnight. To bake, preheat oven to 350. Remove bread from refirgerator &amp; spray lightly with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake in preheat oven for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned.
