Add water, vanilla, then flour &amp; nuts. Mix well. Chill 3-4 hours. Form dough in long rolls 1\/2&#8243; across. Cut in 3&#8243; lengths &amp; shape in crescent shape. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 for 15 minutes. Do not brown. Remove, cool slightly &amp; dip in powdered sugar.
