Add sugar &amp; egg yolk. Using spatula, blend slowly &amp; mix thoroughly. Add chopped pecans. Gradually add flour. Work with dough until firm but not hard, soft but not too soft. Form into desired shapes, crescent or round, &amp; place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in a 350 oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
