Butter several baking sheets. Place flour in work bowl of a food processor. Add butter, sugar, yolk &amp; vanilla &amp; pulse until just blended. Mix in chopped walnuts &amp; coffee beans. Place heaping teaspoonsful of mixture on baking sheets. Flatten slightly<br \/>\n top each mound with nut.
