Spray a 12 muffin pan with a non-stick vegetable spray. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each muffin section. Combine remaining ingredients except pineapple &amp; blend unil smooth. Stir in fruit &amp; divided mixture between muffin sections. Bake 35 minutes.
