Light Neufchatel Cheese, softened<br \/>\n3\/4 c. sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp. vanilla<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n1 c. canned pumpkin<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp. cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. ground nutmeg<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"asset-more\" id=\"more\">\n<p>Combine crumbs &amp; margarine<br \/>\n press into bottom &amp; sides of 9&#8243; springform pan. Combine neufchetel cheese, 1\/2 c sugar &amp; vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Reserve 1 c. neufchatel cheese mixture<br \/>\n add pumpkin, remaining sugar &amp; spices to remaining neufchetel cheese mixture. Mix well. Layer half of pumpkin mixture &amp; half of neufchatel cheese mixture over crust<br \/>\n repeat layers. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan<br \/>\n cool before removing rim of pan.
