Cover &amp; cook at 70% 2-4 minutes, or until wine is very hot but not boiling. Combine cheeses, flour, salt, nutmeg, garlic powder &amp; pepper in large plastic bag. Shake well to coat cheese evenly with flour &amp; spices. Add all ingredients from plastic bag to heated wine. Blend with a wire whisk. Cook at 70% 4-9 minutes, or until cheese can be stirred smooth with a wire whisk &amp; fondue is hot &amp; bubbly. Serve with bread cubes.
