Gruyere cheese<br \/>\n1 Tb. flour<br \/>\n1 tsp. thyme<br \/>\nSalt &amp; pepepr<br \/>\n1 clove garlic<br \/>\n2 c. white wine<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"asset-more\" id=\"more\">\n<p>Cut bread into cubes, leaving some crust on each piece. Cut pepper into bite-size pieces. Cut off broccoli stems &amp; cut tops into small florets. Grate cheese &amp; toss with flour, thyme, 1\/2 tsp. salt &amp; 1\/2 tsp. pepper. Crush garlic. Put wine &amp; garlic in fondue pot &amp; heat over low heat just to the brink of a boil. Remove garlic. Add cheese in handfuls, stirring constatnly with a fork. Let cheese melt completely between additions. continue stirring until smooth.
