Spray loaf pan with non-stick vegetable spray. In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt &amp; cinnamon. Mix well. In a small bowl, combine coffee &amp; water<br \/>\n stir to dissolve. In another bowl, combine egg &amp; oil<br \/>\n mix well. Add milk, vinegar, vanilla &amp; coffee mixture<br \/>\n mix well. Combine liquid ingredients to dry ingredients &amp; mix until dry mixture is moistened. Do not overmix. Spoon into prepared pan &amp; bake 55-60 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes in pan on a rack. Remove from pan &amp; cool completely before slicing.
