Generously oil 6 popover cups, glass custard cups or tins. Place in the oven. Meanwhile, in a deep mixing bowl, place flour, milk, melted butter &amp; eggs. Beat together lightly with wire whisk until well mixed. Stir in cheese, dill &amp; another herb (or mix them) until just mixed. Remove pan from the oven<br \/>\n pour batter into cups to fill 1\/2 to 2\/3 full. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 15 minutes more, or until popovers are firm &amp; golden. Carefully remove from the pan<br \/>\n make a few slits in the bottom of each popover with the tip of a knife to remove steam. Serve hot.
