Place in broiler pan. Mix oil with lemon juice. Brush over chicken<br \/>\n season well with salt &amp; pepper &amp; oregano. Let stand 1 hour. Preheat broiler. Dot butter evenly over chicken. Broil chicken slowly, basting with marinade &amp; butter sauce frequently.
