Pour sauce over chicken and marinate several hours. Preheat broiler. Place chicken pieces, skin side up, on a rack 6 inches from the broiler hear. Broil each side until brown, 10-15 mins. Turn oven to bake<br \/>\nl reduce heat to 350 and cook til tender, about 30-40 mins. Refrigerate if serving for a picnic. EAt cold or at room temperature.
