Dijon style mustard<br \/>\n1 tsp. lime juice<br \/>\n Dash of red pepper<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"asset-more\" id=\"more\">\n<p>Place chicken in shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken, cover, refrigerate overnight. Drain chicken, reserve marinade. In a skillet, bring marinade to boil, add chicken &amp; return to boil. Simmer, covered, for 10-20 minutes, depending upon size of breasts. Transfer chicken to platter. Cook marinade over high heat for 2-3 minutes more.
