Spanish olive oil<br \/>\n1\/4 c. cider vinegar<br \/>\n2 tsps. salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. cayenne pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. dry thyme leaves <br \/>\n1\/4 c. fresh lemon juice<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"asset-more\" id=\"more\">\n<p>Mojo Sauce: Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan<br \/>\n add garlic &amp; boil gently for 4 mintues. Place garlic, cooking water, olive oil, viengar, salt, pepper, thyme &amp; lemon juice in a blender<br \/>\n blend until garlic is pureed. Marinate thinly sliced pork loin in Mojo Sauce for 4-6 hours or overnight in a covered plastic or ceramic container. Sandwiches: Saute pork in butter in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until brown. Remove from pan &amp; cool slightly. Assemble 4 sandwiches using 2 oz. pork, 2 oz. ham, 1 oz. cheese, 4 pickle slices, &amp; 1 roll per sandwich. Grill each sandwich in the skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side or until heated through &amp; cheese is melted. Slice sandwich diagonally into halves.
