It will be fairly dry, &amp; pour into a greased 11&#215;14 baking dish. Pack into dish. Evenly distribute. Icing: Soften cream cheese. Combine cheese, eggs &amp; sugar in mixing bowl. Pour sugar in slowly. Mix well &amp; pour on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Put in refrigerator &amp; cool.
