Beat peanut butter &amp; butter until creamy in mixing bowl. Add sugar &amp; beat until smooth. Using wooden spoon, stir in oats, cereal, raisins &amp; nuts until well mixed. Press mixture firmly into prepared dish. Chill 30 minutes. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Remove from heat. Spread over oat mixture. Chill 1 hour.
