Combine crumbs &amp; butter<br \/>\n press firmly on bottom of 13&#215;9 baking pan. Over medium heat, melt 1 c. chips with milk &amp; vanilla. Pour evenly over prepared crust<br \/>\n top with nuts &amp; remaining chips. Bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars.
