In large mixer bowl combine flour, butter &amp; brown sugar. Blend on low speed to form fine crumbs, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in nuts. Reserve 3\/4 c. crumb mixture for topping<br \/>\n pat remaining crumbs into ungreased square pan, 9x9x2. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, prepare filling<br \/>\n spread over warm crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture<br \/>\n garnish with cherry halves. Return to oven: bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool<br \/>\n cut into squares. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Makes about 3 dozen squares. To make filling: In small mixer bowl combine cream cheese &amp; sugar<br \/>\n beat until fluffy. Add cocoa, milk, egg &amp; vanilla<br \/>\n beat until smooth.
