Press evenly into greased 13x9x2 baking pan and bake in a 350 oven 20 minutes or until golden brown. For filling: Beat eggs and brown sugar<br \/>\n add remaining cake mix, syrup and vanilla. Beat 1 minute<br \/>\n then pour over hot crust and sprinkle with nuts.
