In hot oven, melt butter in 13x9x2 baking pan. Remove from oven. Stir in crumbs<br \/>\n spread evenly in bottom of pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Sprinkle with a layer of peanut-butter chips, a layer of chocolate pieces, and then the peanuts<br \/>\n press peanuts gently into mixture. Bake 25 mins or til edges are golden brown. Chill at least 1 hour before cutting bars.
