Stir by hand and mix well. Press into ungreased 8 x 11 baking pan. Use ice water chilled hands. Combine cream cheese and remaining 2 eggs. Add sugar and mix. Mixture should be slightly lumpy. Spoon over cake mixture and spread evenly. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in preheated 350 oven until golden brown.
