Parmesan cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. pepper<br \/>\n2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley<br \/>\n3 c. marinara sauce<br \/>\n8 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut into 1\/2&#8243; cubes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"asset-more\" id=\"more\">\n<p>Preheat oven to 350. Cook ziti. Combine ricotta, eggs, 1\/2 c. Parmesan, salt, pepper &amp; parsley. Blend well. Toss ziti with 2 c. marinara sauce. Place half of pasta in an 11&#215;7 baking dish. Top with ricotta mixture &amp; half of the mozzarella cubes. Top with remaining ziti, sauce, &amp; cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes..
