Add yolks &amp; beat well. Add vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon &amp; nutmeg. Add to sugar mixture. Blend in potatoes, water, &amp; nuts. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into 3 well-greased &amp; floured pans. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Frosting: Cream cheese &amp; butter together until soft &amp; fluffy. Add vanilla &amp; sugar.
