Grease &amp; flour 9&#215;13 pan<br \/>\n set aside. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, soda &amp; gelatin. Add eggs, oil. orange juice, vanilla, lemon extract &amp; lime jice &amp; mix well, for about 1-2 mins with an electric mixer. Pour batter into pan &amp; bake for 25-30 mins. Meanwhile, mix together lime juice &amp; confectioners&#8217; sugar. When cake is done, remove from oven &amp; cook for 15 mins &#8211; do not remove from pan. When cooled, prick holes all over the cake with a fork. Drizzle the lime juice &amp; sugar mixture over the cake. Cover the cake &amp; refrigerate in the pan.
