For cake, set aside cocoa packet. Prepare cake mix following directions. Divide batter into thirds and place in 3 different bowls. Stir cocoa packet into one. Add 5 drops red food coloring to another. Add 5 drops green food coloring to the third. Stir each just until blended. Layer 1 Tb. of each color batter into each muffin cup. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool completely. Combine sugar, crisco, milk &amp; vanilla. Beat at low speed until blended. Scrape bowl. Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Divide frosting into thirds &amp; place in 3 different bowls. Add cocoa to one and food coloring to the others. Stir each until well blended. Frost cupcakes with a small amount of each color frosting.
