Generously grease &amp; flour 12 cup Bundt pan. In large mixer bowl blend flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder &amp; salt<br \/>\n add remaining ingredients. Beat on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed 3 minutes, scraping occasionally. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 mins<br \/>\n remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely. Drizzle with chocolate glaze. 12-16 servings. To make Chocolate Glaze: In small saucepan bring sugar &amp; water to rolling boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved<br \/>\n remove from heat. Immediately add chocolate chips<br \/>\n stir with wire whisk until chips are melted &amp; mixture is smooth. Cool until slightly thickened.
