Add potatoes &amp; green pepper. Stir for a minute or two &amp; season with rosemary, salt &amp; pepper. Mix in turkey &amp; cook for a few minutes. Add gravy &amp; cook down a few minutes longer. Fold in chopped parsley. Serve immediately &amp; top each serving with a poached egg, if desired. Or serve over buttered, toasted biscuits.
