It packs a strong lime flavor and ultra-creamy texture and is good served with fresh berries or shortbread cookies. In a large bowl, combine cream and sugar<br \/>\n stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in lime zest and juice. The mixture will start to thicken slightly. Pour into freezer-safe metal or plastic container. Cover with foil and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Scoop or spoon into individual serving bowls along with sliced fruit, such as mango, blueberries, kiwi or strawberries.
