Combine egg yolks with beer, oil, flour, seasonings. Beat until just blended. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff &amp; gently fold into batter. Cut bananas in half &amp; then cut lengthwise in half again. Lightly toss the banana quarters in flour. Dip bananas in batter &amp; roll until completely coated. (Allow excess batter to drain before frying.) Heat oil to 375 &amp; carefully drop bananas into oil. Fry 3-4 minutes until crisp &amp; golden. Drain on paper towels, sprinkle with sugar.
