Heat cream in small, heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring with whisk, until it comes to full boil. Pour cream over chocolate all at once &amp; stir with whisk until chocolate is completely melted &amp; the mixture is smooth. Cool to room temperature, occasionally stirring gently.
