Add onion. Cover and cook on med-low heat til onion is tender, about 15 mins. Uncover<br \/>\n add sugar. Cook and stir over med-high heat til onion is golden brown, stirring constantly, about 4-5 mins. Server hot over burgers, prime rib, or beef steaks.
