Sprinkle on red onions &amp; capers &amp; press into cream cheese to stick. Layer on slices of smoked salmon. Roll up into a jelly roll. Wrap in waxed paper &amp; chill before slicing. Or, for longer, storage, wrap in foil &amp; freeze. Will keep in freezer for about 2 monthes.
