Louisiana Red Hot Sauce <br \/>\nBlue Cheese Dressing<br \/>\nCelery &amp; carrot sticks<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"asset-more\" id=\"more\">\n<p>Cut off small tip from each wing &amp; discard. Cut each wing into 2 pieces. Wash &amp; pat dry. Combine flour, salt &amp; pepper &amp; place in a paper bag. Dredge chicken wings, a few at a time, in the flour mixture. Place oil in a heavy skillet to the depth of 1&#8243;. Heat oil to 350 &amp; fry wings, about 1\/3 at a time, until they are golden brown &amp; crisp. Drain well. In a small saucepan melt butter &amp; stir in hot sauce. Pour mixture over chicken wings, cover, &amp; shake until wings are evenly coated. Place on a serving platter along with celery &amp; carrot sticks. Serve with Blue Cheese Dressing alongside.
