Line shallow baking pan with aluminum foil. Cut wings at each joint, discarding tips. Melt margarine in lined pan. Combine flour, onion salt &amp; pepper in plastic bag. Add chicken pieces, a few at a time, &amp; shake to coat. Place in pan. Bake 25 minutes. Turn chicken wings over &amp; bake an additional 20 minutes, or until crisp.
