Spray 9&#215;13 oblong pan with non stick vegetable spray. Mix all ingredients, except zucchini, together. Lightly fold in zucchini last. Spread evenly in pan. Bake until golden, about 40 mins. Cut into squares, then into triangles. Serve warm.
