Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cut sirloin &amp; pepper into 1 1\/2&#8243; pieces. Marinate if you wish. Skewer beef, peppers &amp; mushrooms. Brush with the butter mixture. When the fire is ready, grill &amp; baste. Turn over &amp; brush with butter mixture as often as you can. May be grilled with cover down.
