Place flank steak in utility dish or plastic bag. Add marinade, turning to coat. Place orange slices on top of steak. Cover dish or tie bag securely &amp; marinate in the refrigerator 3 hours, or overnight if desired, turning occasionally. Then pour off marinade &amp; orange slices, discarding all but the steak. Broil the meat over medium coals, turning once. Broil 10-14 minutes, or to desired degree of doneness. Carve the steak into thin slices &amp; serve with salsa on the side. Garnish with orange wedges &amp; fresh cilantro. Makes 4 servings. To prepare Fresh Fruit Salsa: Combine all ingredients.
