Stir fry peppers, corn &amp; onions until pepper is crisp-tender. Remove vegetables. Cook beef. Drain off fat. Push meat from center of wok. Stir sauce mixture<br \/>\n add to center of wok. Cook &amp; stir until thickened &amp; bubbly. Return vegetables to wok. Stir in tomato<br \/>\n reduce heat. Cover<br \/>\n cook for 1 minute. Serve meat &amp; vegetables with tortillas. Top with cheese.
